Caroline Paulsen

My interest in real estate began in 2016 where I chose a small family real estate in my area for my week of work experience. During my week working there, the team motivated and inspired me with their attitude and I slowly grew a passion for what I was learning and was offered a part time contract for when I left school. I jumped on that opportunity and was working and studying part time while I also had a side job in customer service. 

Ray White is an excellent company with an outstanding reputation and I am so proud to be a part of it but I think the best part of working for Ray White is the team which makes the company what it is. I believe my knowledge of this industry and my customer service skills have transferred perfectly into my position which will help both the client and my team around me.
