Kate Yardy

Kate originally started working in real estate with Ray White Surry Hills in 2011 whilst at university and continued working for them as a front desk receptionist and executive assistant whilst completing her studies. After university to complement her communications and business degrees she joined a PR Agency until she was approached by her previous employers to head up the marketing department at their new Erskineville office. Kate jumped at the opportunity and loves the variety of her job.

Working at Ray White across our Surry Hills, Erskineville and Glebe offices has given her a broad working knowledge of all facets of real estate including leasing, sales and property management - this has proven to be invaluable experience. Kate is also involved in marketing for our Projects division and liaises with external marketing companies to assist in generating marketing materials for our new development launches. She loves working within different areas of real estate as it means she is always learning something new and very much enjoys the challenge.

Kate loves that she is surrounded by inspirational, likeminded people who are very supportive of our team. To her it feels like a we are a big family.

Kate is an outgoing and social person, she loves spending time with her friends, family, and her foster dogs. She enjoys hiking, travelling, cooking and baking. In her spare time Kate volunteers rescuing, rehabilitating and fostering dogs in need through the charity Denise At Paws.
