Sales Trust Accounts
I started in real estate as a receptionist when I was 18 at a 2nd and 3rd generation family run agency where my mum worked for 24 years. I worked there for 18 years. During this time I worked my way through many roles in the industry; Sales support, Property Management, Office/staff Management, Sales and Property Management Trust Accounting. Prior to starting here last year I worked at another agency for 6 years Managing the PM department and the PM trust account.
I have always loved looking at homes and meeting new people and learning about their histories. I love the accounting side most because I love working with numbers. I process supplier payments through the sales trust, daily sales trust bank reconciliation and processing exchanged properties.
I am new to this area and must say I really love the area and find that people are very nice and respectful. I love the appmosphere and the friendly but also hard working vibe the office has. I love the location of our office in the heart of the shopping center.
I think our team is amazing and lovely. They have all been so welcoming to me and all new staff since I have been here, making my start at the new job so easy. From my personal experience in all areas of real estate, I think they all work super hard and manage their roles in a professional manner.
I love spending time with my family, friends and my fur baby, baking/cooking with my girls, entertaining at home and hosting games day/nights.
