524 Cleveland St, Surry Hills sells $280,000 over reserve!

By Luke Frizelle

This property was sold by Teresa and Peter Natoli for $1,330,000 under the hammer, $280,000 above the reserve set by the vendors.

There was good interest generated during the campaign with 16 contracts issued and ultimately 6 prospective purchasers registering to bid on the day.

Needless to say the vendors were ecstatic with the outcome and the result shows the continuing strength of the inner-city property market.
