Excited to try something new, get ready to sweat at Juliet’s hula-hoop class in Dance Central Surry Hills, our resident hula-hoop instructor talks about the benefits of getting active and having a laugh when you’re doing it.
Dancing from a young age Juliet has always found herself inspired by the creative and colourful world that is dance, from bedazzled costumes and fun fashion, to the warm welcoming social scene. She found herself plunged into the world of dance a few years back when she was part of the Mardi Gras parade and felt the urge to share her passion with everyone else.
Juliet started dancing at Dance Central Sydney three years ago, and fell into hula hooping shortly after.
