Matthew Carvalho

Born into a real estate family, property is in Matthew’s blood. Over the past 15 years as an agent, he has fine-tuned his innate negotiation skills, and possess the steady calmness essential for this highly emotive industry.

Consistent sale results are a testament to his solid product knowledge and ability to navigate clients in both ‘good’ and ‘challenging’ markets.  Matthew sells on average 70+ properties per year, with a strong focus on servicing qualified buyers which has helped him secure many off-market sales.

Matthew was recently ranked REB Top 100, who he gives much of the credit to his entrusted sales and admin team who work diligently to allow him the time to deliver the highest level of personalised service to both buyers and vendors.

It was a natural progression to join forces with the award-winning offices of Erskineville and Surry Hills, expanding the group’s footprint into Glebe to further service the other side of Parramatta Road, which is his domain. For over 15 years Matthew has formed lifelong relationships with Glebe, Forest Lodge, Pyrmont and Camperdown residents, and now working in conjunction with fellow industry leaders, sky’s the limit!
